A Brief Overview of the Fiscal 2011 Budget The largest portion of our budget is allocated to social service providers who serve our youth, seniors, individuals and families in crisis, and persons with disabilities. By collaborating with these service providers we most effectively use tax dollars to meet our state mandate to provide needed services for our residents.
