On
January 8, 2019 at 6:30 p.m., Jan Churchwell, New Trier Township Assessor, and
Deputy Assessor, Len Shifflett, will offer their 2019 update of the Annual Real
Estate Tax Calendar seminar. This session
gives you an opportunity to review all of the steps involved in the annual real
estate assessment and tax processes. The
presentation is of particular importance because 2019 is New Trier Township’s
triennial reassessment year, and each homeowner will be receiving an updated
assessed value for his or her real property.
This session will cover the same material that was covered in the
November 6, 2018 presentation. The
seminar is free and will be held at New Trier Township offices, 739 Elm Street,
Winnetka, IL 60093. The New Trier
